Fees

Trustee fees are typically a flat annual amount, based on the goals of the trust’s creator, the needs of the beneficiary, the nature of the assets, and the overall complexity of the situation.

 

I bill my fees quarterly in advance and draw them directly from trust assets. A typical annual fee for complete fiduciary services, including asset management, starts at two percent of the trust assets, and may then be adjusted downward or upward based on the factors given above. My minimum annual fee is $10,000.
