About
Donald H. Sienkiewicz (pronounced “sin-KEH-vitch”), JD, CFP™ earned bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Environmental Policy from Boston University and a law degree from Northeastern University.
He began his legal career in 2002 as law clerk to Chief Justice Peter W. Kilborn of the Massachusetts Land Court, then practiced commercial real estate law at Goodwin LLP in Boston and Rath, Young & Pignatelli PC in Concord, New Hampshire.
After the financial crisis of 2008, he changed his focus to trust and estate law, which he continued to practice until his retirement from the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars in 2024.
From 2018 to 2022 he represented the lawyers of Hillsborough County – South Judicial District on the Board of Governors of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
After passing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ exam in 2020, he worked for a Registered Investment Advisor firm in Massachusetts with over $600,000,000 in assets under management, and a Florida RIA with over a billion dollars in AUM.
Donald enjoys sailing, fishing, and spending time in the mountains. He and his wife have four adult children.
